Battery problems and solutions

Flat batteries are often the reason why your swinging sticks don't work properly. A simple battery change can get them moving smoothly again. Make sure to align the batteries correctly so that the "+" and "-" are positioned correctly.

To protect the electronics from damage by touching the battery contacts, we recommend that you electrostatically discharge yourself at a grounded point.

If the problems persist, please try rolling the batteries inserted in the battery compartment three times around their own axis. In some cases, batteries are slightly thicker and the spring in the battery compartment cannot press the battery sufficiently against the contact. By rolling and pushing towards the positive terminal, contact can be made.

Sticks not correctly aligned

It can happen that the sticks get out of position if "The Swinging Sticks" are improperly removed from the packaging or held by the sticks. To rectify this problem, you will need to realign the sticks.

Other causes of functional disorders

You place your Swinging Stick near electromagnetic fields, air conditioning systems, televisions or monitors. These factors can influence the movement of your Swinging Sticks.

Under certain circumstances, an open window or a radiator can cause the sticks to come to a standstill.

You are using batteries other than alkaline batteries or your batteries have run out.

You have removed the rods from the pins. If the rods are removed from the pins, your Swinging Sticks may be damaged and the warranty will become void.

Your Swinging Sticks have become wet.

Your Swinging Sticks have been transported improperly. Always keep the packaging and place your Swinging Sticks in the original packaging for transportation if you are moving them over a long distance.
